The IB-2538StS gives your 2.5" an great appearance and lets it fit into an 3.5" bay. Inside the converter the HDD/SSD is additionally screwed for fixation.
Other than (for example) the internal 2.5" housing of your pc case our converter fits 5 - 15 mm HDDs/SSDs
